Saturday Sales and Shopping Tips

It has been a while since I written a post on Saturday because on Saturdays am always busy. I am usually called in to work on Saturdays but today I have the day off!

So if you have not heard on the news and online already, Black Friday is not the best day to shop any more. Today or on Cyber Monday is considered one of the better days to shop and get great deals. There are a lot of sales going on today. I will show you some items that would be a good investment if you have the money or time to buy it.
Forever21 is having a sell on various products such as accessories, tops, and bottoms. Here are a few pieces that are worth looking at.

Polyvore Clipper

This houndstooth sweatshirt is $14.99. It would look great as a casual outfit or dressed up with a nice skirt and a pair of cute shoes. This sweatshirt would also look great layers with a collared blouse with it very cold outside.

Polyvore Clipper

This crew neck cable sweater only has a size large left and it is a cream colored sweater. If you can wear the size available it would be a good investment because white is a basic color and goes with everything. It can also be layered.

FOREVER 21 Textured Plaid Sweatshirt

The plaid crop shirt is also very cute and can be layered.  It costs $13.99.

Macy's also has some great deals.

Karen Scott Polka-Dot-Print Turtleneck Top

This polka dot puller over would look great with a skater skirts and some boots. Costs $11

Alot of these items are going fast. A few actually sold out before I could even finish writing this post.

Tips about shopping online

Find the right fit

But the last time I did a Saturday Sale blog I actually bought  a cute sweater from H&M's website which fits great.

I chose the right size for me which worked perfectly because sometimes buying online does not work well. In order to shop online and get something that fits you have to not only know your size but know if the company clothes or a particular item runs small or big. Check the sizing of the particular item and see which size you fall in.

Also look at the type of material the clothing is. Some material fits tighter than others.

Ways to save money

Retailmenot is great source to get discounts and offers on free shipping. Free shipping is something you should look into. Some sites automatically give free shipping but others only do if you buy a certain amount. Do not overspend just to get free shipping.

Only buy things that you love or would be a staple for you.

Always comparison shop you may find the same or similar item for a cheaper price.

Also sometimes it may be cheaper just to shop at the actually store. I only shop online if the store is not in my state or nearby.
