How to Style Your Favorite Boots

Layering Street Style

Chelsea boots look good with a pleated skirt!
Good morning! North Carolina is experiencing some cold weather this week which is amazing compared to the past few weeks when people were wearing flop flop! So this week with this cold weather people had to finally put away their sandals and pull out their favorite boots. With the cold temperatures means the change in not only footwear but clothing as while.

But how do we style our favorite go to boots for the winter.  Today I am going to help you with that problem by focusing on how to style some of your favorite wardrobe staple boots. So we are going to start with my wardrobe staple cheslea boots.

A knee length pleated skirt looks good with a cheslea boots but so does a maxi skirt. The thing about a cheslea is since it is a 1960s vintage lovers dream it can be styled in any throw back fashion. Think of styling with pieces reminiscent of back in day the such a flared jean or denim skirt, or even styling it with a basic  turtle neck and a pencil skirt. You can modernize it by adding a structured clutch.

Edgy style always looks good with moto boots.

This edgy shoes believe it or not looks good with almost anything. A glitter maxi dress can be dressed down with a pair of moto boots. Try wearing moto boots with your wardrobe staples such a chunky knit sweater and your favorite denim skirt or pants to make your basic not so basic.

Over the knee boots are perfect for cold weather days but a challenge to pull of when it comes to styling. For women that are tall it is an easy look to pull off. For taller women a nice sweater dress would look awesome with over the knee boots. For women with a some curves try a boot that hits right above the knee with a pencil skirt.

Blazers look good with over the knee boots.  Try bottoms that are the same dark shade as the boot for the best look.

To dress down over the knee boots try a casual look with long sleeve to downplay the over the top style of this boot.
