Having Hope In God!

In this world we often place our hope in everyone but God. We believe that certain individuals in leadership can possible turn our country around. A lot of politicians feed on this belief but most disappoint one group of people and sometimes a whole country of people. But yet every few years we turn around a vote for another leader to be the one to make things better but still he proves not to be the one to change everything.

We even put our trust in our jobs we believe that someone how are profession will be the ticket to success or being notice by others.  I have heard people often say having that job will make me someone. But sometimes even with that job you may still find people still do not respect and that they may even reject you.

There are so many things or people  we place our hope in but once they fail us we often run to God. This is where we should go to first and foremost instead of running to everyone else. But sometimes we even dely going to God for help. Sometimes we even blame Him for what we experience. We all kinda of had that knee jerk reaction similar to the way Job felt when his world came crashing down.

He felt that he had no hope not in God! No hope in anyone for that fact. But that same God that gave him everything would be the same one to deliver him. We must that believe that God is our hope and not anyone else.

We should place our hope in Jesus for He is our hope for salvation why not place our faith in Him for every other aspect of our life.

  1. This is such a well-written post! I liked the graphics in it too. We can put all of our hopes in God, He knows what is best for us even when we might not see His plan.

Hope you are having a great start to the week and 2017!
