I love classic pieces in my closet because they never go out of style. I am repeat offender of wearing of my classic pieces over and over again the same way. But there are sometimes I want wear it differently.  One thing I want to change is how I wear button downs shirts.

I own a lot of classic button downs or collared shirts. I usually wear them the same way with a pencil skirt. My take on it is more professional and I want to change it. I want to make it more feminine and fun especially now that it is spring. There are two easy ways to restyle your classic button down for spring.

Cute Skirts

One way is changing up the skirt you wear with it. A pretty pleated skirt would be nice with such a structured top because it adds volume to you look. It would add  a nice feminine touch to your button down. A floral midi skirt would also be excellent for spring.

But there are other ways to style a classic button. Like adding a statement necklace to dress up the look.  A Brooch or pin can change elevate your button down blouse and make it look new again!

Here are some nice embellishments to add to your classic button down blouse or top.
